Execute the download program on a PC to create an update USB thumb drive or a floppy disk for the 7E edger.

Bugs fixed
- FCRV does not download properly for the left eye.
- Multi-cutter collision avoidance is not correct when 5 degree taper cutter is installed.
- Axis burn-in graph indicates false errors.
